Terms of Service
Last updated 16 August 2026
Fresh Stack is operated by April Fresh in Indiana, United States. Using the app means accepting these terms. They’re written to be read, not to hide things.
What Fresh Stack is
A tool for tracking food, training, body measurements, fasting and related habits, with an AI coaching feature. It is not a medical service and gives no medical advice. See the health disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to have an account. Some features, including peptide tracking, are 18+ and are hidden until then.
- Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Don’t share logins.
- Access is currently invite‑only.
Your data is yours
What you log belongs to you. You can export it or delete it whenever you want. We claim no ownership of it and will not sell it. See the privacy policy.
Using it sensibly
Don’t use Fresh Stack to break the law, don’t attack or overload it, don’t try to reach anyone else’s account, and don’t resell access. The AI coach has a daily message limit so that one person can’t exhaust a shared resource; deliberately working around it is grounds for having your account closed.
Paying
Fresh Stack is free while it’s in development. If paid plans start, you’ll be told the price in advance, and nothing will ever be billed without you actively choosing it.
Stopping
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, with the 30‑day window described in the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if we do, you’ll be told why and be able to export your data unless the reason makes that unsafe.
What we don’t promise
Fresh Stack is provided as‑is. It’s a small, actively developed app, not an enterprise service: things occasionally break, features change, and there is no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t bear to lose — the export button exists for exactly that.
To the extent the law allows, April Fresh isn’t liable for losses arising from using the app, including decisions made on the basis of what it or its coach tells you. Nothing here limits liability that legally can’t be limited.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above will change with them, and significant changes will be flagged in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
