Fresh Stack does not provide medical advice. It is a tracking and coaching tool, not a doctor, dietitian or trainer. Nothing in the app — including anything the AI coach says — diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Always talk to a qualified professional about your own health, and never delay or ignore their advice because of something you read here.

About the calorie and macro targets

The numbers the app suggests come from standard formulas using the height, weight, age and activity level you enter. They are estimates for a general adult population, not a prescription for you. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, heart or kidney disease, a history of disordered eating, or take medication affecting appetite or blood sugar, get your targets from your doctor instead.

About the AI coach

The coach is software. It can be confidently wrong, it can misread your data, and it has no way to examine you. Treat it as a well‑informed starting point for a conversation with a real professional — never as the last word. It will not coach anyone under 18 on peptides, hormones or supplement stacks.

About training

Exercise carries risk. Get cleared by a doctor before starting a new programme, especially with a heart condition, injury, joint problem, or if you’ve been inactive a long time. Stop if something hurts in a way that isn’t ordinary training discomfort, and get chest pain, dizziness, fainting or shortness of breath seen urgently.

About fasting

Fasting doesn’t suit everyone. Don’t fast without medical supervision if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, diabetic or on blood‑sugar medication, underweight, or have any history of an eating disorder. The stage descriptions in the app are general physiology, not a prediction of what will happen in your body.

About the peptide tracker

This feature is a log. It records what you tell it, and it exists because people who are already using these compounds deserve to track them properly rather than on paper.

It is not a recommendation to use anything. Many peptides people track are not approved by the FDA for human use and are sold as research chemicals, with real uncertainty about purity, dosing and long‑term safety. The reference section deliberately gives no dosing figures for anything that isn’t an approved medicine, because there is no approved dose to give. Work with a qualified prescriber. This feature is hidden entirely on accounts under 18.

In an emergency

Don’t use this app. Call your local emergency number.
